The hotel had modern rooms that, while smaller than expected, had everything required for a 12-floor establishment. The service was amazing with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was excellent, very convenient to access the train line. The dining options were very limited, mainly offering Italian dishes.

However, the service from the reception was amazing, very helpful and housekeeping was helpful as well. The location was very convenient to access the train line, being only one station away from Shibuya Station, but it was a bit of a trek from the metro station. The dining options were very limited, offering only traditional food. Overall, it was a great location with friendly service despite the limitations in room space and dining choices.
