Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had modern rooms that, while smaller than expected, had everything required for a 12-floor establishment. The service was amazing with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was excellent, very convenient to access the train line. The dining options were very limited, mainly offering Italian dishes.
I found this hotel to be quite small, which seems pretty standard for Tokyo accommodation. Unfortunately, there was no space at all to put clothes in my room. However, the service from the reception was amazing, very helpful and housekeeping was helpful as well. The location was very convenient to access the train line, being only one station away from Shibuya Station, but it was a bit of a trek from the metro station. The dining options were very limited, offering only traditional food. Overall, it was a great location with friendly service despite the limitations in room space and dining choices.
The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station, with small but comfortable and clean rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, although dining options were very limited. The hotel offers good value for the price paid.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but lacks natural light with limited space for clothes. The service is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient for transportation but may require some walking from the metro station. The dining options are limited, but the property offers home-grown products. Overall, it's a good value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
